In addition to dealing with such risks in major projects and transactions, Mr. Bryden has defended clients in the Crown Court and regularly advises on complex compliance and risk management issues. He has recently worked on a number of high profile mandates, such as advising Trafigura on the UK's largest environmental case to date through to helping GDF Suez understand and manage environmental and regulatory challenges on one of the UK's first onshore shale gas developments.
